He started his professional 2000, worked as Pastry Chef in Oman, Kuwait and U.S Cruise line over 22 Years, his signature cake later and now widely trending named as “Classic Rose Almond” & “Classic Mexican Delight” also “Blooming Hot Choco Ball Cake “were hot selling at winter time… Recently launched “Karuppatti Coffee Cake”(Cake with the Traditional touch of Palm Jaggery)
